Certificate of Insurance Requirements

(REQUIRED of all Rental Customers)

PRIOR TO leasing trailers/containers from Citi-Cargo & Storage Co., Inc., we require a Certificate of Insurance covering all trailers/containers to be leased.

The certificate NEEDS TO LIST EACH of the following:

  • General Liability coverage of $750,000
  • Physical Damage coverage with a maximum deductible of $1,000
  • “Citi-Cargo & Storage Co., Inc.” must be shown as Loss Payee and Additional Insured.
  • List of trailers/containers and/or the statement:
    “This certificate pertains to equipment leased or rented to the insured from Citi-Cargo & Storage Co., Inc.”
  • The company name on the Lease must be the same name as on the Certificate of Insurance.

Your insurance agent can fax to (651) 686-0455 and mail the original Certificate of Insurance to the following address:
